Provincial School-Family Liaison Service

Provincial School-Family Liaison Service survey

The Provincial Outreach Program for Autism and Related Disorders (POPARD), a BC Ministry of Education program, has just added a new position to the program.  The position is to provide liaison between families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and schools. Enhancing families’ knowledge about school systems and community resources and enhancing knowledge and understanding of school personnel about family life with ASD will be a central aim.

The ultimate objective is to facilitate optimal learning environments for students with ASD, which require good home-school communication and collaboration. We are seeking your input regarding determining the most effective and efficient activities that could be undertaken to achieve the best outcomes. Thank you for completing this survey. Feel free to be as brief or detailed as you wish.
